Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We currently offer two shipping methods at checkout:

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–12 business days.

  • Priority Tracked Shipping: Your order is prioritized in both processing and shipping. Delivery times are typically faster than standard, depending on your location.

Shipping times may vary based on destination, local postal services, and customs clearance procedures. We strive to meet the estimated delivery times, but we appreciate your understanding for any unexpected delays.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout — including apartment numbers, postal codes, and contact information. Cirélle Paris is not responsible for delivery errors due to inaccurate addresses entered by the customer.

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once the courier has scanned your package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties once it arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not have control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.

Shipping Delays
While we work with trusted shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control—such as customs processing, weather conditions, or postal service backlogs. If your order is delayed beyond the expected time frame, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
